Carriers Administrators

Choose which carriers your organization buys from, under Settings → Catalog → Carriers. The plans and devices available when building equipment packages are scoped to the carriers you enable here.

For each carrier you can:

• Enable it — turn on the carriers you have service with. A carrier that isn't enabled shows as not opted in.
• Set the carrier identifier — your customer-level identifier with the carrier (Verizon ECPD Profile ID, AT&T Foundation Account Number). This is not a billing account number, which is managed separately.
• Mark one carrier preferred (the star). The preferred carrier is pre-selected on new-line requests, though the requester can choose another enabled carrier.
