Administration Administrators
Administrators configure the portal for their whole organization — the people, the access they have, the equipment and budgets available to them, and the carrier invoices behind it all. This section covers those tasks.
Where administration lives
Most administration is reached from the administrator view:
- Users and Invoices are top-level navigation items.
- Settings is the configuration hub, grouped into:
- Catalog — carriers, devices, plans, equipment packages, and assignment rules.
- Budgets — budget profiles, assignment rules, and overrides.
- Notifications — templates, branding & sender, and delivery history (see the Notifications section).
- Data — file feeds and import results.
Roles at a glance
Four roles determine what each person can do. Two are granted by an administrator, and two are automatic:
- Administrator (granted) — full configuration and user management.
- RequestDelegate (granted) — submit and act on requests for others.
- Manager (automatic) — anyone with direct reports; sees team usage and approves requests.
- User (automatic) — everyone; sees their own usage and requests.
See Roles & Permissions for how to grant and revoke.
In this section
- Managing Users — the user list, user details, adding, and deactivating.
- Roles & Permissions — grant or revoke Administrator and RequestDelegate.
- Invoices — monthly carrier invoices by account.
(More administration topics — equipment packages, budgets, catalogs, and carriers — are being added to this section.)
